Our first tomatoes are here -- a small harvest, it's true, but hopefully just a preview of what's to come...
We also picked strawberries, scallions, and rhubarb. We have a LOT of rhubarb. Any favorite recipe recommendations?

Honey Rhubarb Ice Cream
You won't be sorry.
P.S. For the ice cream, I usually just use 3/4 cup honey and axe the sugar.

I just picked off four little tomatoes like that! I don't think I'm really going to get a prolific tomato harvest this year--I've been sort of neglecting them and relying on the fact that they grow like weeds. But the tomatoes that have grown have been cute little ones!

This may be a tad late, but I saw this being prepared on TV this morning (Oh, horribly NBC Olympics coverage!!), and it looked so tasty. And "Rhubarb Fool?" How can you not love a dish with a name like that! http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/wordofmouth/2012/apr/12/how-to-make-perfect-rhubarb-fool
