Whose quilt is this, anyway?

I thought I was making this quilt for me, but I see I was mistaken.

Clearly, the cat has claimed it for his own.  I spread my fabric out to make the quilt sandwhich (when you attach the top, the filling, and the bottom to each other), and he was having none of it. Every time I pulled out my needle, there he was, rolling around, chasing the thread, and generally lolling all over the place.

It's hard to begrudge him, though.  It is a very nice place to loll.
